Regional Public Goods
	Regional cooperation and integration is a process by which national economies become more interconnected regionally through Regional Public Goods (Pillar 4) – positive and negative externalities can result from economies that are more connected and hence, the provision of regional public goods. More recent examples are the spread of SARS in 2002 and avian influenza in 2004.
