Cham Prasidh
Senior Minister and Minister of Commerce for the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He also serves as a member of parliament for the Siem Reap Constituency. In his present role, H.E. Cham has served as the Chief Negotiator for Cambodia’s Accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO), and as the ASEAN Economic Minister for Cambodia. Prior to serving as Senior Minister and Minister of Commerce, Mr. Cham took on the roles of Vice-Chairman of the Cambodian Steering Committee for Ayeyawadee-Chao-Praya-Mekong Economic Cooperation Strategy Programs; Minister in charge of Greater Mekong Sub-region programs; Minister in charge of Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam (CLV) Development Triangle Programs; Chairman of the Cambodia-Thai Joint Trade Committee; and Chairman of the Public-Private Sector Working Group on Export Processing and Trade Facilitation.
