| Director of the Trade Capacity building Branch of UNIDO. He has been a UNIDO Professional staff member at its head quarters in Vienna for 16 years. The last 7 years he was mainly involved in standards, metrology and quality assurance projects in countries such as Uganda, Sri Lanka, South Asia, Mekong delta. He developed a specific UNIDO approach and methodology for Trade Capacity Building. He has published 30 articles in international journals and holds a PhD in Engineering/Computer Modelling, Aston University (UK). |
