Masato Hayashikawa

Economist and Policy Analyst at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). He has worked as an Administrator at the OECD Development Co-operation Directorate (a.k.a. DAC Secretariat) in Paris. Mr. Hayashikawa is responsible for trade-related development issues. In particular, his work has focused on the development impact of Aid for Trade and making aid programs more effective.
