He manages the industry and trade sector of fifteen northern mountainous provinces including Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, Bac Giang, Phu Tho, Quang Ninh, Hoa Binh, Son La, Dien Bien, and Lai Chau. H.E. Nguyen is directly in charge of the Department of Domestic Market, the Department of Mountainous Trade, the Agency of Market Management, Office of the National Committee for International Economic Cooperation. He also helps indirect state management of Vietnam National Petroleum Corporation. Mr. Nguyen also serves as the government’s Chief Negotiator on international economic integration and is the secretary general of the National Committee for International Economic Cooperation. |
