Deputy Permanent Representative and Minister Counselor for the Viet Nam Mission to the UN, WTO and other organizations. She has served as Deputy Director General in the Ministry of Trade for the government of Viet Nam. She studied International Trade at the Hanoi Foreign Trade University, Development Economics at CERDI, France and Public Management at National University of Singapore and Kennedy School of Government, respectively. Before joining the Ministry of Trade in 1995, Mrs. Hang used to lecture at the Hanoi Foreign Trade University and the National University. She started her civil service in American and International Organisations Department, then worked for the Multilateral Trade Policy Department. Her works cover Vietnam economic policies with ASEAN, ASEM, APEC and the WTO. |
