ADB International Investment Agreement Database
The ADB International Investment Agreement Toolkit provides a granular codification of 15 investment provisions through a textual analysis of concluded international investment agreements involving the Asia and the Pacific region. The database captures the most important dimensions in the region’s concluded agreements. A companion manual provides a comprehensive analysis of investment treaties and arbitration design and explains the rationale in creating the toolkit.
