Framework Agreement for Cooperation between ASEAN and UNICEF
The Framework Agreement for Cooperation (FAC) between the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) was signed 3 December 2014 at the ASEAN Secretariat. ASEAN and UNICEF will cooperate to ensure children’s sustainable survival, growth, full development and involvement, in line with the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Millennium Declaration and the Millennium Development Goals, as well as the global post-2015 development agenda.
